Accessibility statement
What we have tested, what we have not, and what to do if something on this site does not work for you. Last updated 30 August 2026.
In short
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page has been checked automatically for colour contrast, heading order, image alternatives, form labels and keyboard order, and the whole site is re-checked on every release. It has not been tested with a screen reader by a person who uses one daily, and we say so rather than implying a level of assurance we have not earned.
The standard we build to
WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is the standard Australian government procurement generally asks for and the level the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 is usually read against.
We build to it rather than retrofitting it. Accessibility requirements are part of the design system, so a new page inherits them instead of needing a separate pass afterwards.

What is actually checked, and how
Every release runs an automated sweep across every page. It checks colour contrast against the 4.5:1 and 3:1 thresholds, that headings descend without skipping a level, that every image has a text alternative or is correctly marked decorative, that every form control has a label, that no two elements share an id, and that the keyboard focus order matches the visual order.
Pages are then rendered at desktop and phone widths and checked for content that overflows, text that clips, and anything that becomes unreachable at a small size.
Beyond the automated pass: every page has a skip link, focus is a visible three pixel outline rather than the browser default, the site works at 200 per cent zoom, and no information is conveyed by colour alone.
What we know is not perfect
This site has not been tested by someone who uses a screen reader every day. Automated checks find missing labels and broken structure. They cannot tell you whether the experience makes sense, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
The service pages carry diagrams that summarise a process. Each has a text alternative, but a complex diagram is always a compromise for a non visual reader, and the surrounding prose carries the same information.
Some animation runs when a section scrolls into view. It respects the reduce motion setting in your operating system, so switching that on removes it.
If you are reading this because something did not work, that is the most useful accessibility report we can get, and we would rather have it than not.
Telling us about a problem
Email team@high10.com.au or call 0406 996 050. It helps if you can tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or browser you were using, but tell us anyway if you cannot.
We aim to reply within one business day and to fix genuine barriers rather than explain them away. If something cannot be fixed quickly, we will tell you what we are doing instead and when.
When this was last reviewed
This statement was last updated on 30 August 2026, and it describes the site as it stands on that date. The automated checks run on every release, so the technical claims above are re-verified each time the site changes rather than being a snapshot from a single audit.
Questions buyers usually ask
Frequently asked questions
What standard does this site meet?
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page is checked automatically against it on each release, covering contrast, heading order, image alternatives, form labels and keyboard order.
Has it been tested with a screen reader?
Not by a person who uses one daily, and that is the main gap in our testing. Automated checks confirm the structure is correct. They cannot confirm the experience makes sense, so we do not claim they do.
Can I use the site without a mouse?
Yes. Every page has a skip link, focus is a visible outline, and the keyboard order follows the visual order. The mobile menu is removed from the tab order while closed so focus does not disappear into it.
Something does not work for me. What do I do?
Email team@high10.com.au or call 0406 996 050. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We reply within one business day and we would rather fix it than explain it.
Found something that does not work?
Tell us what page it was and what you were trying to do. That is the most useful report we can get, and we will fix it.
