Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why, where it is kept and how to get it removed. Last updated 30 August 2026.
In short
High10 collects personal information you give us through an enquiry form, and limited technical information through analytics. We use it to answer your enquiry and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
The forms on this site ask for your name, email address, phone number, and a description of what you need. Company name and the service you are after are optional. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing hidden is collected from you.
Alongside what you type, the submission records the page you were on, the page that referred you, your browser and operating system, and a truncated version of your IP address. Truncated means the last part is removed before it is stored, so it identifies a general area rather than a connection. That is deliberate: it is enough to spot automated abuse and not enough to identify a person.
No website can promise that data is impossible to compromise, and we are not going to claim otherwise.
What happens to it
It is emailed to team@high10.com.au and written to a file on our own server, so an enquiry is never lost to a mail server having a bad afternoon. The file is not reachable from the web.
We use it to answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it to target advertising at you.
We keep enquiries while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and for seven years after any engagement, which is the period Australian record keeping obligations generally require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after two years.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It records which pages are visited, roughly where in the world the visitor is, what kind of device they are on, and whether they submitted a form or tapped a phone number. It sets cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one.
We do not use this to identify you, and we have not enabled Google's advertising features. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before we see anything. If you would rather not be counted, the Google Analytics opt out browser add on switches it off across every site that uses it, or you can block cookies for this domain in your browser.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when you open a page here. There is no other third party tracking on this site: no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no session recording, no heatmaps.
Who else can see it
Our web host, which stores the site and the enquiry file. Google, for the analytics described above. Our email provider, which carries the notification and the acknowledgement.
That is the complete list. We do not use a customer relationship system that receives your enquiry automatically, and no data broker, advertising network or AI training service receives anything from this site.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email team@high10.com.au and we will respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. There is no charge and you do not need a reason.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy question, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Security, and the honest limits of it
The site is served over HTTPS, the enquiry file sits outside the web root and is blocked at the server, and access to it is limited to the people who need it.
No website can promise that data is impossible to compromise, and we are not going to claim otherwise. What we can say is that we collect as little as we can get away with, which is the only security measure that cannot fail. There is no payment information on this site, and no account for you to have a password on.
Changes to this policy
This policy was last updated on 30 August 2026. If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change that date. We will not make a change retrospectively apply to information already collected under an earlier version.
Questions buyers usually ask
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell my information?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not pass it to data brokers or advertising networks. It is used to answer your enquiry.
Why do you store my IP address?
Only a truncated version, with the last part removed. It is used to spot automated form abuse, which is the reason the address is recorded at all. The truncated form identifies a general area rather than a connection, and it is not used to identify you.
How do I get my information deleted?
Email team@high10.com.au and ask. We will confirm and delete it, usually within a few days and always within 30. You do not need to give a reason.
Do you use tracking cookies for advertising?
No. The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, which counts visits. Google's advertising features are switched off, and there are no advertising pixels, social media trackers or session recording tools on this site.
Questions about any of this?
Email team@high10.com.au and a person will answer. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
